The applicant must have a general weighted average (GWA) of at least 80% or its equivalent in the last school year completed.
Required Documents:
Duly accomplished application form. A certification or proof of enrollment from the HEI stating that the dependent is admitted or enrolled for the current academic year. A copy of the latest ITR of the member, or a Certification of Non-Filing of Income, whichever is applicable. A birth certificate or any other legal document proving the relationship between the member and the dependent. School records or transcripts. Certificate of good moral character from school.

Collect all necessary documents as per the list provided by GSIS. Applications can be submitted either online through the GSIS website or in person at any GSIS office.
